Root to Rise: An Autumn Retreat with Alison Henning and Damaris Booth
Join Alison and Damaris for a weekend of grounding and centring yoga practices to create space within the body and mind.
We will explore a wide spectrum of yoga practices from dynamic asana, restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. All sessions are optional and there will be chances to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. There will also be a celebratory bonfire on the Saturday evening!
All levels of practice will be catered for but the retreat is not suitable for complete beginners.
A supportive and uplifting space will be held for participants to explore their yoga practice with ample opportunities to rest and relax completely.
